The room is perfect and new-fashioned with European decor. There is a plenty of supplies like : Wi-Fi and climate control. Its location is decent and particularly good, near the center, certain areas, and pretty much all tourist things. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 30 minutes.

excellent staff but inconsistent breakfast
The staff were amazing. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, lush and well-maintained! The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining. I loved that there were enjoyable activities throughout the day, motivating everyone to participate.
The breakfast options often seemed hurried and could use more variety.

I stayed in a Single Room with Balcony, and honestly, it was a mixed bag. The room was clean, but the bed felt super hard, almost like sleeping on concrete. The shower was awkward with a half door, and the balcony door didn't lock right. That was a little sketchy. The air conditioning worked fine though. The basics were there, but definitely room for improvement.

Had a lovely time lounging by the pool and enjoying the sun terrace during my 3-night stay. The place really gets it right with two great spots for relaxing. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, it's a solid choice! 🌞

dining options became repetitive (that could use improvement).

The air conditioning in the rooms works like a charm, helping to battle the intense heat. The proximity to a large supermarket means you can easily stock up on essentials without having to go far.
The breakfast options often seemed like they were hastily thrown together-old bread and lukewarm eggs were common sights. My room had serious maintenance issues, the shower had weak water pressure, and the doors were barely functional. The pool area looked a little rough around the edges with cigarette butts and broken glass on the ground. The Wi-Fi connection was hit or miss, working great one minute and then dropping out the next. If you're hoping for a relaxing stay with plush amenities, you might want to keep looking.

The shower produced no warm water, yet the room had a comfortable bed.

missingWrote a review on 10 Mayfriendly staffsolid omelettelack of cleanlinesslimited dining options
The friendly staff made a lasting impression, especially Faisal's really good omelette service. Limited vegetarian dining options compounded the disappointment, with the chef unwilling to accommodate dietary preferences. Despite the pleasant pool area, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Unexpected gem in Marrakech!
The super nice team and friendly, especially at the bar. I loved the whole vibe of the lounge area, perfect for chilling after a long day. Just wished the Wi-Fi was more reliable. It was hit or miss. Breakfast was decent, with yummy options at the restaurant. Would recommend!
